have i ever mentioned how i'm a terrible secret keeper? yep... baaaad news. i can keep *other people's* secrets... but not my own.
so i broke down a few weeks ago and told matt about his birthday party, so i suppose i can spill the beans here too... we're having a luau!
i'm so excited... but we're jokingly calling it the "white trash luau" because rather than difficult-to-prepare, high-quality themed foods, we're having hamburgers/hotdogs, etc... ;)
so anyway... a luau... complete with tiki torches, limbo, a palm-tree pinata (i know, i know - it's not hawaiian, but who DOESN'T love a pinata??), pink flamingoes in the yard (the neighbors will looove that!), and hawaiian apparel, i'm so very excited... the party is this saturday, and i have thursday and friday off to get ready for it (and recover from all of the merry-making we'll be doing at the casino tonight)... but i have the distinct feeling i'm forgetting something... eek! i wish i could put my finger on it...
oh, well... it'll come to me, if it's important. pictures to follow, of course. ;)
