made our first "big" furniture purchase as a married couple yesterday... a new futon. whooohoo! i love it. it's a gorgeous dark mahogany color, like i've wanted to use exclusively in my living room. matt wasted no time in putting it together for me. it's gorgeous, as far as futons go. now i'm inspired to make throw pillows. we only have two, and will definitely need more. maybe when pillow forms go on sale next. :)
glad to be at work today. four days off to just stay home does wonders for the soul, even when you have to host a party of a dozen people, that doesn't go so well... mmmm. life can return to normal now.
scrapsubmit has been busy this weekend. tons and tons of new submission opportunities. i've updated my tracker, and am ready to go. have to finish up a review for scrapfriends today... didn't even get the product until last week - not their fault though, they needed an alternate (that's me!) at the last minute. but then, i'm going to to haul butt and get submitting... it's been a while since i've been super motivated for it.
