carnival lights...

matt was kind enough to tolerate a little inspired wandering at the fair last week, letting me take photographs of all of the bright lights. thought i'd share a few - not really my favorite photographic experiment. they'd have been better if i'd been able to take them right at dusk.

i discovered a post-processing technique a few weeks ago that i really like - it gives a sort of romantic glow to the images. i applied it to most of my favorites because it enhanced the carnival feel.
